OSU Juntos Family Day

About OSU Juntos Family Day 2017

A tremendously successful event marrying collegiate pathways, Latin@ students, their families, and all things Oregon State!

This year, the Corvallis campus welcomed more than 1,150 people from 23 communities across the state to partake in Juntos Family Day. This OSU Open Campus event is designed to bring Juntos students and their families to Oregon State to engage in college and career showcase workshops, as well as connect with educational resources, social groups, programs, financial aid, and other opportunities. The driving goal behind Family Day is to give families a snapshot of OSU college life and build upon the Juntos tradition of offering community-based preparation and educational pathways.

Juntos Day 2019: How to Get Involved

We will be holding this biennial event again in 2019, and we’d love for you to join us!

All Oregon-wide Juntos students and their families are invited to join us on campus for this incredible event. Your local Juntos coordinator will work with you to arrange transportation and registration in 2019.

Host a Workshop

We would love for all of the OSU colleges to participate again by hosting a career showcase exploration workshop for the families! We are also looking for any other interested OSU departments to host or lead presentations, workshops, or discussions regarding collegiate opportunities, scholarships, financial aid, etc.

We will again be needing snack, beverage, supply, and recreation sponsors to make this giant event successful!

Be a Vendor

Our Latino resources fair will be an opportunity for families to learn about the Latino programs that OSU has to offer. Come promote your program and answer questions while enjoying the entertainment! (No charge.)

We will need volunteers for the day-of, to lead families to college workshops, host campus tours, welcome families, etc.
