Supports bi-lingual (spanish/English) Latino students pursuing education at least 6 or more credits at a community college in Oregon. Must be a graduating Oregon high school senior, prior Oregon high school graduate, prior recipient, or current community college student in Oregon.  Howard Vollum American Indian Scholarship Award amount varies. Renewal is possible for up to 5 years of undergraduate study and up to two years of graduate study,  For American Indian students. Must be a resident of Clackamas, Multnomah or Washington counties in Oregon, or Clark County, Washington.  Hispanic Metropolitan Chamber Award amount varies.   Applicant must, be hispanic ancestry, permanently residing, currently attending a high school or have attended a high school in Oregon or Clark County, Washington.Currently enrolled in an accredited college. Have at least a 3.0 GPA as evidenced by a high school or college transcript. Be enrolled by September 2018 in accredited community college, 4 year college or university, or accredited graduate degree program.
