Juntos Clubs in Jefferson County

Join the Juntos Club at Madras or Culver High Schools! We strive on creating a plan to pursue higher education. The club will focus on topics like leadership, personal development, community engagement, and college access. The Juntos Club meet during lunch when school is in session, MadrasHS on Thursdays; CulverHS on Fridays.

About Juntos and the Club

I'm David Gutierrez, I am the Juntos Club Advisor for both clubs, and work as the Open Campus/Juntos coordinator serving Jefferson County! I am also a 2018 Culver graduate! I work with Oregon State University Extension Service to support community members on their educational journeys. I can help students and families with topics including:

Mentoring, clubs, and support for high school students
Graduation support and post-graduation planning
College applications and exploring college options
Transferring from community college to a university
Multicultural resources and programming in English/Spanish

This is where our Juntos Club is focused, we will be looking for student's to be a part of our leadership team. I look forward to meeting you all!
