Juntos Club at The Dalles High School

Join the Juntos (meaning "together" in Spanish) club at The Dalles High School! Juntos Club meets bi-weekly on Wednesdays during lunch time in The Dalles High School Library. This club is open to any current high school student.

We have three goals for Juntos Club:

1. Educate students on the importance of achieving a post-secondary education by college/career focused workshops, college visits, and guest speakers.

2. Help students create a community within their schools that they can identify with.

3. Offer students community service and leadership opportunities.

About Juntos and the Juntos Club

Hi, I'm Andrea Flores-Reyna, the Juntos coordinator serving Hood River and Wasco Counties! I work with Oregon State University Extension Service to support community members on their educational journeys. I can help students and families with topics including:

  • Mentoring, clubs, and support for high school students
  • College applications and exploring college options
  • Transferring from community college to a university
  • Resources in Spanish and programs for Latino families

Our student leadership team and club advisors are looking forward to meeting you!
