

PASOS Colegiales | College STEPS: We support high school students on their journey to higher education through a structured curriculum that helps students stay organized and on track. We provide personalized mentoring support to seniors working towards a post-secondary education. The content can be provided in English or Spanish.

Student Advocates/Mentoring: Our coordinators provide personalized support for high school students, families, community college students, and adult learners.
Pre-Transfer Support: We offer personalized one-on-one support to help students explore and navigate their transfer options from community college to any four-year university.

Career and Technical Education (CTE) & Trades Support: We support students in exploring Career and Technical Education (CTE) pathways through personalized one-on-one guidance and hands-on career exploration activities.
CliftonStrengthsFinder Coaching: Our certified coaching helps individuals and teams unlock their full potential by identifying and developing their natural talents.
Scholarship Texting Series: Through text, we will share college scholarship opportunities, scholarship application tips, and more. This program is open to current and future college students, parents, and anyone interested in learning more.
College Access Workshops and Programming: We collaborate with local partners to deliver dynamic workshops that support students in confidently navigating their post-secondary educational journeys. Workshop topics include paying for college, exploring post-secondary options, and campus visits.
Career Exploration Events: We partner with local organizations to offer immersive career exploration events for various age groups, including career days and career-focused camps.
Juntos Family Engagement Workshop Series: Our workshop series, designed to include the entire family, is for students in grades 6–12 provides information, resources, and support to help participants navigate the education system and strengthen family engagement.
Juntos Clubs: Our clubs are a supportive and inclusive environment that empowers students as they navigate their post-secondary journeys while building community.
Juntos Academia: Juntos Academy is a fun and inspiring overnight summer camp on OSU’s campus that engages high school students from around the state through hands-on activities and workshops.
Juntos Family Day: These one-day events are designed to bring Juntos students and their families from across the state to experience OSU, learn about student resources, and hear about the various pathways to higher education.

College Student Ambassador Program: We have a team of near-peer OSU students that can share their journey to college and experiences as college students.
Community Outreach and Engagement: We connect with communities to co-create meaningful programming opportunities tailored to each community's unique needs, ensuring programming is relevant, inclusive, and impactful.
NBTS Camp: Our residential summer camp is designed for youth entering 9th – 12th grades, self-identifying as Native American and living in Oregon. The camp is intended to increase interest in the environmental sciences and access to higher education for Native American youth through hands-on activities and engagement with Indigenous leaders, natural resource professionals, and graduate students.
NBTS Club: Our clubs are dynamic and supportive groups designed to empower Native American students through education, community engagement, and cultural celebration. Clubs provide a welcoming environment where members can connect, share experiences, and work together towards academic and personal success while connecting with a post-secondary access specialist.
