Support for Participating Schools 

  • Postsecondary access curriculum - PASOS|STEPS Curriculum
  • Financial aid, Oregon Promise and scholarship support (FAFSA/ORSAA workshops and hands-on assistance)
  • Career and Technical Education (CTE) pathway exploration and connection
  • One-on-one mentoring with a trained coordinator
  • College ambassador connections (talk with students who are attending University)
  • Family engagement sessions (virtual and/or in-person)
  • Coordinated college, career, and workforce exploration events
  • College tours (when applicable)
  • Planning support in collaboration with school and district leadership

Flexible delivery options, including virtual programming and targeted in-person events

Senior Year Survival Guide - September 24, 2026 | 5 - 7 PM

Navigate your senior year with confidence! Learn key college planning timelines, important deadlines, application tips, financial aid milestones, and common pitfalls to avoid so you can stay on track for a successful transition to college.


College Application Workshop - October 14, 2026 | 5 - 7 PM
 
Get hands-on support with your college applications in this interactive workshop. Whether you're just getting started or putting the finishing touches on your applications, we'll help you navigate requirements, meet deadlines, and submit with confidence.

Oregon Promise Workshop - November 17, 2026 | 5 -7 PM

Attending Community College within 6 months of graduating high school? Come apply for free state money to help offset costs. 

Scholarship Support Workshop - January 27, 2027 | 5 - 7 PM

Get a head start on funding your future. This workshop will provide guidance on scholarship searches, application strategies, essays, and deadlines to help you make the most of every opportunity.

College Enrollment Checklist - April 8, 2027 | 5 - 7 PM

Take the next step from acceptance to enrollment with confidence. This workshop will help you complete important enrollment tasks, understand financial aid and billing, and prepare for orientation

Plan Your Senior Year (juniors) - April 15, 2027 | 5- 7 PM

Set yourself up for success before senior year begins. This workshop will help you understand key college planning milestones, important deadlines, and strategies to make your senior year less stressful and more productive.

 

 

Featured Programming

PASOS Colegiales | College STEPS

We support high school seniors on their journey to higher education through a structured curriculum and Google Classroom. The program consists of ten modules, each covering essential steps in preparing for college that help students stay organized and on track. The content can be provided in English or Spanish.

 

Scholarship Texting Series

Our texting series keeps students and parents informed about college scholarship opportunities. We send tips on applying for scholarships, including essay advice, upcoming deadlines, and where to find scholarships, helping maximize students’ chances for funding.

 

 

CTE, Trades, Workforce Development

Oregon State University’s Youth CTE, Trades, and Workforce Development Initiative is a strategic, statewide effort focused on expanding youth awareness, access, and readiness for careers. This initiative integrates career exploration into existing OSU youth programs, including 4-H, Outdoor School, Agriculture, Kids Spirit, and Open Campus, while introducing high-opportunity pathways across sectors.
