CLIFTONSTRENGTHS COACHING

CliftonStrengths®  is a research-based assessment developed by Gallup that identifies your natural patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving. Instead of focusing on fixing weaknesses, CliftonStrengths helps individuals understand and develop what they naturally do best.

Every person has unique talent themes. When those talents are understood and intentionally developed, they become strengths—powerful tools for leadership, performance, and personal growth.
