Open Campus is currently developing a customizable leadership development program for communities who want to grow their own leaders.
This six-month program will be hybrid (virtual and in-person), and based entirely on local needs. Attendees will be able to select their own path in the program, while also being part of a cohort. The program offers community members: facilitated self-reflection, training, resources, workshops, and more in order to support positive community impact, networking, and individual growth.
Participants who complete all components will receive an OSU Extension certification, and will have the opportunity to volunteer with the program in future cohorts.
We are also working on a parallel community leadership track in Spanish!
Contact us if you would be interested in participating or helping us pilot this program in the future!
