Open Campus strives to serve our community members and Oregon State University colleagues by developing and tailoring several different types of needs-based leadership development programs.
Open Campus seeks to provide the framework to help current and future leaders of all levels develop and build upon their skills, whether they are OSU faculty and staff, students, or community members.

The Leadership Development Program, Executive-level, is our longest-standing leadership program. LDPE is designed for OSU faculty on a leadership track, and aims to provide in-depth facilitated self-reflection, Executive Mentorships, strengths development, workshops, projects, and more over a nine-month period.
Open Campus is in the process of building a customizable and hybrid (in-person & virtual) leadership development program for communities who want to grow their own leaders. Attendees will be able to select their own path in the program, while also being part of a cohort. This six-month customizable program offers community members facilitated self-reflection, training, resources, workshops, and more! We will also be piloting a parallel track in Spanish.
Developing strong leaders starts with assessing needs, helping leaders self-reflect, and then providing coaching, mentoring, professional development, skills-building, and support specific to each cohort. From nurturing leaders at OSU to helping communities grow their own leaders locally, all of our leadership programs are customizable and built as we journey together based on cohort experience, skills, and needs.
Juntos (meaning “together” in Spanish) is designed to empower high school students and their parents to gain the knowledge, skills, and resources needed for academic success while working together to make college a family goal. Uniting with community partners, Juntos provides culturally relevant programming for 6-12th grade students and their parents.
Open Campus believes in the power of providing tools and resources that will help students and job seekers achieve their long-term goals. From career exploration events to industry-specific career snapshots, we strive to provide job skills, opportunities, and pathways to our community. From resumés to trade school, we can help!
Building a path to college requires planning and support, which is why Open Campus is here to guide students throughout their education journey. College Access programs include Future Pathways, College Talk Tuesdays, Open Campus Hangouts, and College Access Summer Bridge. Programs offer resources, mentoring, and advising to guide students throughout their college journey from high school through college graduation.
Open Campus provides local access to education, resources, and support through community-based partnerships and culturally-relevant programming to help meet the needs of the Oregon communities we serve.
